Things To Do?

Mill Stream Cottage is just minutes from Marlborough (Blenheim) Airport. The village of Renwick is only 2km down the road and has a supermarket, butcher and café.

And of course there are several winery cellar doors and restaurants within a couple of minutes, the Fairhall golf course is also close at hand as is the world renowned Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre.

Blenheim is just 12km away with its excellent shopping facilities, Art galleries, restaurants and the very popular Sunday morning Farmers Market during the summer months.

State Highway 63 is very close and will lead you to the magnificent scenery of Lakes Rotoiti and Rotoroa in Nelson Lakes National Park, and Rainbow Ski area.

The picturesque Marlborough Sounds are accessed in just 30 minutes via either Havelock or Picton, and Nelson is just an hour-and-a-half away over the hill.

Should you wish to avail yourself of a private, professional, escorted tour of the region, we can arrange one for you, with a picnic included. Take your pick of a short walk on one of many beautiful tracks, or a garden tour, or maybe a round of golf followed by lunch.
